Preliminary Engineering Review (RAG)
- The RAG offers a point in time view of the tower capacity.
- The RAG allows for faster and more informative portfolio analysis, making the decision making process more linear as well as reducing associated costs.
- The Preliminary Engineering Review or RAG (Red/Amber/ Green) was developed to provide a quick structural response.
- The RAG includes an estimate to give customers visibility of upgrade costs.
The challenge was to provide a quick snap shot of the existing capacity on a portfolio of towers, whilst providing the necessary information pertaining towards potential upgrades and capacity management solutions. Previous methods limited the speed of collation and presentation of information.
