Summary of Role

This role is critical to manage and maintain Axicom’s existing tenure rights and to ensure compliance with its contractual obligations on its telecommunications infrastructure property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Record Keeping

  • Accurate and up to date record keeping and landlord address book maintenance
  • Set up and maintain JDE system for diary of critical dates
  • Maintaining register of all tenant insurance required
  • Reviewing and coding of tenant specific details relating to outgoing invoices
  • Fast & accurate data entry skills
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Knowledge of JDE REM module preferable
  • Accurate and timely entry of property information relating to ground tenure
  • Examine executed leases and tenancy documents for data extraction

Landlord Relationship Management:

  • Develop, build and drive strong working relationships with landlords
  • Be proactive, solutions focused and problem solve through positive interactions with internal and external stakeholder’s
  • Actively engaging with landlords to ensure capturing up to date and accurate information

Experience and Qualifications

Essential:

  • Minimum 3 years administrative accounting experience, accounts and or related property experience
  • Strong MS office skills including Excel
  • Experience with JDE or other ERP/accounting system

Desirable:

  • CA/CPA Membership
